Antioxidant Activity

We witness oxidation in the world when something burns up or rusts. Oxygen gives life, but not without a price. Certain forms of oxygen molecules attach themselves to healthy molecules and impair cellular function. Antioxidants soak up these dangerous oxygen molecules before they can cause damage.
